The Box Butte General Hospital service area is also blessed with two privately owned clinics. Alliance Children's and Allied Health provides excellent pediatric care. Alliance Family Medicine provides the same high standard of health care for patients of all ages. Both cinics are located in the Medical Arts Plaza, 2091 Box Butte Avenue, in Alliance.

Alliance Children’s and Allied Health, Inc.

Alliance Children’s and Allied Health, Inc. is the newest clinic to open its doors in Box Butte County. The clinic opened on January 7, 2008, focusing on pediatric care for children from birth to age 18.

Alliance Children's and Allied Health, Inc. is owned and operated by Janell Grant, APRN-BC, a nurse practitioner certified in pediatric care/family practice. She started her healthcare career at BBGH as a registered nurse 33-years ago. After 13 years with Box Butte General Hospital she continued her education to become a Nurse Practitioner, moving to Scottsbluff for a very successful career in that community. She started the process of establishing her practice in the Medical Arts Plaza in late 2007.

The clinic offers the following services:

Diagnosing, treating managing acute and chronic illness

Health maintenance and intervention for medically handicapped children

Health maintenance

Sexual assault exams

Diabetes care and management

Supportive role re: behavior concerns (ADHD, etc.)

Providing prescriptions and coordinating referrals

Evaluation of developmental milestones.

Alliance Family Medicine

Alliance Family Medicine came into existence in August of 2005, originally employing 13 medical and office staff members.

The practice currently has a staff of 16 employees, with a combined 66 years of medical provider experience.

Alliance Family Medicine offers a broad range of services for the whole family, including obstetrical care with ultrasound, pediatric care, adult care, geriatric care, endoscopy services, and various minor surgeries.
