BBGH Auxiliary Chest & Quilt raffle

The Box Butte General Hospital (BBGH) Auxiliary is in the midst of its annual Chest & Quilt raffle, one of the few fundraising projects the Auxiliary has each year. At right are wood craftsman Larry Ring and professional machine quilter Anita Allen displaying the results of their efforts this year. Larry, retired, has been donating his handmade chests for approximately 8 years, as has Anita her quilts. For the last three years, the quilt tops have been donated by Dale Brown, in memory of his deceased wife Virginia; a quilt teacher in Western Nebraska for many years. Ticket price for the raffle is $1.00 each or $5.00 for six. They can be obtained from any Auxiliary member or at The Gift Box at the hospital, 761.1009.
