Alpha Zeta donates to Jane's Closet
Members of the Alpha Zeta organization presented a donation to Jane’s Closet on Tuesday, March 18th, at Box Butte General Hospital.
Alpha Zeta is made up of mainly of retired teachers, and almost every member has either survived, or been impacted by breast cancer in one way or another; so, they have a passion for Jane’s Closet. However, the group is always looking for new members and candidates don’t have to be retired or affected by breast cancer. The group enjoys providing ideas and advice to other teachers in the surrounding area. Alpha Zeta was established in 1982 and is a chapter of Alpha Delta Kappa, which was created in 1947. Alpha Zeta meets September through May and hosts a fundraiser every January for a local organization.
Jane’s Closet is thankful for every donation received, and is always looking to distribute funds to those dealing with any kind of cancer. Please reach out to janescloset@bbgh.org or 308-761-3079 for more information or to get signed up to receive funds from Janes’ Closet.
