BBGH is happy to announce the 2024 Employee of the Year...
Nyla Wilhelm!
Nyla's nomination reads:
"Nyla always goes above and beyond in her role. She works with excellence, integrity, devotion, and teamwork every day. She pays so much attention to detail and makes sure that everything is not only cleaned to the max, but also that things are stocked fully as well. She always checks trashes in the offices as well. It is always noticeable on the floor when Nyla is on a different rotation because things like gloves, paper towels and toilet paper begin to run noticeably low. Nyla always has a positive attitude, and I have seen her down on the floor on her hands and knees scrubbing away at something, not because she has to, but because she wants to do quality work. She is a pleasure to have around and we are very fortunate to have her as a member of our EVS team."
