Lisa's nomination reads:
"For the last couple of months Lisa has put in countless hours to try to figure out the collections process in Meditech. A lot of stress and frustration, but she never gives up. I have no doubt she will get it figured out. Lisa is devoted to get this right and is an inspiration to the rest of the staff to stay engaged."
