Use the Employee of the Month nomination to recognize any BBGH employee who has demonstrated our values: Devotion, Integrity, Safety, Excellence, Compassion, and Teamwork. This award is presented at the beginning of each month throughout the year. EOM's are then eligible for Employee of the Year.
