Biography

Rachelle Reynolds, APRN, began working in healthcare in 1995 as a certified nursing assistant (CNA). With a passion for wound care, Rachelle graduated with her BSN from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1997 and began working solely in wound care in 2009. She has been part of skincare team committees and became wound and ostomy care board certified in 2012 from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. Rachelle Reynolds received her FNP-C from Western Governor’s University in 2024. Rachelle evaluates and develops a comprehensive wound treatment plan customized for each patient, and manages subsequent wound treatments as needed. Knowing the patient’s primary care provider is essential to their recovery, she works closely with them to manage and monitor each patient’s conditions. When she isn’t here at BBGH, you can find her keeping up with her granddaughters and hiking with her two Golden Retrievers.
