Congratulations to our November Employee of the Month, Staff Nurse Haley Orr! Read her nomination here:

"On the evening of Oct. 13, 2023, Haley was the Charge Nurse for the 'Day Shift.' It was a very busy day and had gotten even busier into the afternoon. I was surprised to see Haley still here at BBGH at 2200 hrs., which was long after her shift ended! There was documentation that needed completed and she stayed to get it done to be able to keep the night shift afloat.

"I have seen Haley go 'above the call' on many occasions at BBGH. She is a caring and careful nurse and has leadership skills that make others want to be better. I am blessed to be able to work with Haley and her devotion makes me want to work harder. She is one of the reasons I choose to work at BBGH!"
